LIBRARY

The library at Cardinal Muench Seminary is a private library,* containing over 29,000 volumes and a collection of past and current Catholic periodicals.

The library also has a rare book room, the basis of which were the private book collections of Bishop Shanley and Bishop O'Reilley, the first two bishops of the Diocese of Fargo. Over the years the collections of diocesan priests have increased its holdings.

Seminarians also have access to the library at NDSU and, through it, can receive books on inter-library loan.
