Electronic Donation or Payment

Follow these steps to make an online donation or payment:

  1. Go to our web site www.cardinalmuench.org.
  2. On the top navigation bar click the  Support CMS  or  Student Life  (a link is also available below).
  3. Click  Electronic Donation  on the “Support CMS” page, or  Electronic Payment  on the “Student Life” page. You will be taken to our secure payment processing site.
  4. If you want to make a recurring donation or payment, or be able to track your history, you must create a Profile.
    • You do not need to create a profile if you wish to make a one-time donation or payment you do not wish to track. Simply enter the donation or payment information.
    • When creating a profile, your e-mail address is your login User ID; additionally, you must enter your name, contact information and a password.
    • To review your history, enter your E-mail Address and Password in the “Returning Member” box, and click  Login .
  5. Complete the donation or payment information.
    • Donation:
      • Your donation may be a one-time gift, a monthly gift, or a quarterly gift. If you choose not to enter an "End Date", a charge will be made to your account every period until you notify us to stop.
      • A donation may be made as a memorial (see instructions below).
    • Payment:
      • If your payment is for Room/Board/Tuition, indicate the name of the seminarian or resident to whose account the payment should be applied.
      • With prior permission from the rector, payments for Room/Board/Tuition may be made in installments. Indicate a one-time payment, a monthly payment, or a quarterly payment. Make sure to enter an "End Date", otherwise, charges will be made to your account indefinitely (the center which processes these payments does not have access to the seminarian's account balance, and will not know when an account is paid in full).
      • Indicate a payment for an invoice or other charge in the appropriate boxes.
  6. Click  Continue  and enter the Donation/Payment Information (account number, card expiration date, etc.).
    • If your donation is a memorial, enter the memorial information on the bottom of the form.
  7. Click  Process  and confirm the transaction details. A receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.
