In preparation for predicted high water from the flooding of the Red River, a construction company worked to restore the height of the dike at CMS. It was raised from a level of approximately 39 feet to 42 feet. The crew began hawling in additional clay to add to the dike on March 20th and concluded late morning of March 21st (read more on preparations).
